The Dental Society of Greater Orlando supports its members through education, advocacy and fellowship in their quest to deliver excellent care to the citizens of Central Florida.
The Dental Society of Greater Orlando or Orange County Dental Society as it was then known began with a small group of dedicated dentists in 1940. From its first President Dr. Cyrus Sharp to our current president, it has stood for quality and integrity. The society has undergone many changes during those years as it evolved to meet the special needs of an ever-growing fast paced community. With the current 500+ members in the tri-county area, the society performs a wide variety of services both for its members and the public.
